Here's what I like:

I think it's a truly excellent program and I was very impressed with it. It doesn't waste words and gets right to the heart of the problems and methods discussed within it.

I have learned much from it and right now my mind is so clogged that I am going to go for a long walk on the beach to try to digest it more fully!

I will then put the suggestions made in the program into effect and I know they will be successful.

I am a world-class skeptic, Mary, and it takes a lot for me to be convinced but this one has brushed my skepticism aside and I do intend to work with it.
