I think it's a truly excellent program and I was very impressed with it. It doesn't waste words and gets right to the heart of the problems and methods discussed within it.

I have learned much from it and right now my mind is so clogged that I am going to go for a long walk on the beach to try to digest it more fully!

I will then put the suggestions made in the program into effect and I know they will be successful.
